Couriers Please, you should be ashamed.
No one can give me an answer to were this parcel is.
No Tracking event on your website, since the day the parcel was picked up from VIC.
You must be able to know who has my parcel, or in which depot it is in...but the Filipino Call Center are not saying much.
No one knows anything when I wait an hour for someone to talk to.
It’s like we are living in 1970’s, Couriers Please are not even scanning parcels to be able to track where it has gone.
I suspect a driver is keeping it, and has not sent it to a depot location for scanning.
