Goulburn Police road rules dont exist

Sunday night 9.15pm, noticed a white 4WD Police Car in Bowral do a near stop infront of me in the middle of the road outside Liquor stax, as they just came out of a roundabout, which they entered from Banyette St.
They then decided to continue forward, then had the blinkers on to turn right into Bowral St, but decided to turn left.
I thought please lord, get this idiot away from me before they cause an accident..
