Honest Realestate agent

Can anyone recommend a down to earth honest Realestate agent I can talk to.
I am looking for some land in the highlands to retire to in 10 years time but would lke to buy something now.
Look forward to some responses.

I have done some IT work for a few agents in the area.
Most of them seem very friendly, sometimes too friendly...
You need to use them as a tool for your conveniance. Then do your homework on other property prices similar to the one your looking at, and start bargaining with them.
Don't stick to one Agent, as they will never have all the properties for sale on their listings.
Best to grap the Real estate paper and find the property you are interested in, then contact the agent that is selling it... don't be afraid to bargain with them. Some properties are way over priced!!
Highlands News on wednesdays has a huge Real estate section you should look at.... where all the agents in the area advertise their listings in.
