Coles - Pink Lady Apples eeew!

I had to share with everyone about a 1kg bag of Coles lady pink apples.

I washed one under the tap yesterday, put it on my desk waiting to finish something on my computer.

10 minutes later i picked up the apple in my hand... this stuff that felt like snot was rubbing off on the skin..
by putting the apple under the tap, it softened whatever they covered the apples with..

My first impression was, typical Coles importing apples from overseas and branding them as their own.. nothing new there, it's always in the news... then i thought if I peeled the skin off, it would be ok to eat.. but then I thought if I start peeling the apple, it would also contaminate the flesh... so I decided to throw them in the bin..
