Stop culling animals for the sake of farmers

Seriously.. Farmers have raped , ripped and cleared every plant tree and bush from the land.
Not to mention poisoned water tables, streams. Killing the soils with fertilisers, and ruined our climate.
Now we have to kill any animal that moves around their cattle grazing areas.
Is there an option to cull farmers instead?
Mind you, 80% of our farmers are still living in the 1700's while only 20% are conservationists to our flora and fauna.
I am very proud and honoured at our 20% , but appalled and disgrased at our 80%
