Biohazard Enviromental disaster on 21 Argyle St New Berrima

My emails about my criminal Next door neighbour seems to be ignored by Wingecarribee Council and Goulburn member Pru Goward.
Sure you may get the odd Ranger inspect the place and then leave, but Geoff Hanratty keeps illegally using an industrial motorised high pressure water blaster to clean up oil and fuel spills and push them to my home and into water drains.
Unfortunately Wingecarribee will not issue any fines to Geoff Hanratty, since Geoff Hanratty has deep ties to Wingecarribee Council.
Called Council after hours number today and the lady told me to take pictures and send them in.
Attached are todays images of the stagnant biohazard mess Geoff Hanratty has left outside my home.
Who do I turn to when every government department is so corrupt in the Southern Highlands area.?
