INGHAM chicken strips poisoning

Bought some Ingham chicken strips from BiLo the other day.
Cooked them in the oven, after eating some last night, around 30 minutes later i was feeling crap.
Had to visit the mens room every 10 minutes. By the 8th time running to the toilet , I was able to sit down again to do some web surfing.
I have gotten up this morning and my stomache still isn't feeling at its best.. I might try to drink some green tea this time to flush out anything left.
Not buying anything made by INGHAM again
On the front cover it states " no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives"
Yet on the side of the pack, there are many, many 3 digit numbers in the Incredients
