dog left in hot car outside Moss Vale Bilo

Saw a little dog in a VW 4x4 vehicle, colour silver rego: DI 1105
it was 29 degrees in the shade, the drivers window was only down 2 inches.
I was there 15 minutes already. Do not know how long the VW 4x4 vehicle had been sitting there before I arrived.
I decided to call 000 bowral police and they agreed to come down.
A total of 35 minutes passed and an NRMA fellow called me to ask where exactly was the car located.. I told him, and he said the car must be already gone, and the police have already been here, as he saw them leave.
Anyone who know these idiots, please let them be aware to their stupidity.
