Wingecarribee Shire Councils Development project "roof repairs"

Good to see the Wingecarribee Shire Council construction project, going ahead as planned.
Turning the Zionist Wingecarribee Shire Council headquarters into a complete 3 story bureaucratic system of welfare cheats.
The benefits go to Wingecarribee Councilors that can now employ even more of their family and friends into the Government payroll list of welfare cheats.
Disguising this development as roof repairs... it allows them to build 2 more extra floor levels, and extend the original ground floor... while Aussie battlers continue to lose their jobs on a daily basis, Wingecarribee Shire Council continues to grow. Bravo! nice tactics.
And Wingecarribee Council's family contractors reaping the rewards also.
Wingecarribee Shire Council always topping up their contractors bank accounts, even when roads do not need repairing, they will re-tar roads yearly, just to top up their bank accounts.
Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed Wingecarribee Council re-tars the same good roads every year.
Minimum maintenance requirement to re-tar a road is between 5 to 10 years... but here at Wingecarribee Shire Council, its every year.
Remember the dodgy deal with the moss vale swimming pool years back. All it needed was minor changes, but Wingecarribee Council let their family contractors go crazy... made a huge profit.
