Shocked and outraged? We’ve known for years that the Wingecarribee Shire Council is the most corrupt local gov in NSW, if not Australia.
Why all the "suprise, surprise" when it comes to illegal conduct by councillors and senior managers?
I’ve been banging on about the criminality for ages and ages.
