Coles Moss Vale complaints

Whats with the Coles Moss Vale NSW Store.
It has always been the black sheep of Coles Australia Supermarket Stores for years.
I suspect it has something more to do with the way Coles Moss Vale management does or doesn't do things.
Here's a typical example:
Last week I was threatened by a very thin 40 year old trolley boy... you know the one that looks like a junkie wearing a baseball cap, and looks like he hasn't had a shower in years.
This trolley guy even tried to maliciously damage my vehicle, as I was driving away.
Nowadays I stay clear from Coles Moss vale and shop at the wonderful Bowral Store.
Why is Angus the Coles Manager hiring junkies?
Or could the trolley guy be one of Angus's family members?
I think all Coles Staff in Moss Vale need to get drug tested on a regular basis.
