This is exactly what happens when Australian Police do not respect other drivers..and PUBLIC SAFETY..
I have seen this too many times.. Goulburn Police love parking and stopping anywhere they please, not worrying about public safety.
Yes we all know the rules never apply to this organized crime gang... who target aussie battlers, instead of corporate crime lords who pay their wages.
